            As a forensic expert, Dr. Brad Novak provides objective and honest consultations in matters involving Psychiatry and the Law.   Forensic Psychiatry Services can be provided at the request by Plaintiff, Defense, Prosecution, Courts,   Insurance Companies and Governmental Agencies in civil and criminal cases at the interface of Psychiatry and the Law. 
          Dr. Novak specializes in the following adult forensic evaluations:

          As of October 2019, Dr. Novak has been hired as a forensic expert in approximately 550 cases. He has served as a forensic evaluator on behalf of the Santa Clara, San Francisco, Santa Cruz and San Mateo counties' superior court expert witness panels, private criminal  and civil attorneys as well as a consultant for the Department of Homeland  Security.  Dr. Novak believes in the importance of developing and  maintaining high standards of excellence for mental health expert witnesses.
